Preamble

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOU") define the rules for accessing and using the Teeam platform accessible at www.teeam.fr (hereinafter "the Platform").

Teeam is a platform specialized in the outsourcing of talents in 100% remote mode. It allows professionals (hereinafter "Talents") to present their skills and companies (hereinafter "Clients") to search for profiles adapted to their needs.

By accessing the platform or creating a user account, you unreservedly accept these TOU.

These TOU are completed by:

The Legal Notice (www.teeam.fr/mentions-legales).
The Privacy Policy (www.teeam.fr/confidentialite).
Any specific contracts concluded between Teeam, the Talents, and the Clients.

Article 1 – Definitions

Term	Definition
Platform	The site www.teeam.fr as well as all services offered by Teeam.
Teeam	The platform specialized in connecting talents and companies for remote missions.
User	Any physical or legal person using the platform.
Talent	Any registered user wishing to offer their professional skills for remote missions.
Company or Client	Any registered organization looking for talents to outsource certain needs.
Member	Any user with an account on the platform.
Mission	Any professional collaboration between a Talent and a Company facilitated by Teeam.
Content	Any information published by a user (text, photo, CV, portfolio, skills, or other data).

Article 2 – Access to the Platform

The platform is accessible to anyone with internet access and compatible equipment.

Certain features require the creation of a user account.

Teeam is intended for:

Professionals wishing to offer their skills remotely.
Companies wishing to identify qualified profiles for their needs.

Teeam reserves the right to limit or refuse access to anyone not complying with these TOU.

Teeam makes every effort to ensure the availability of the platform but does not guarantee permanent access in case of:

Maintenance.
Technical failure beyond its control.
Problems related to the internet network.
Force majeure events.

Article 3 – Account Creation and Management

3.1 Registration

To access features requiring an account, the user must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

Registration is open to:

Adult individuals of legal age.
Legally established companies and organizations.

Users can create an account as:

Talent.
Company.

3.2 Account Security

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

They agree to:

Not share their password.
Not use the account of a third party.
Inform Teeam in case of unauthorized access.

Any use made with a user's credentials is presumed to be carried out by that user.

3.3 Unique Account

Each user may only create one account.

The creation of fake accounts or multiple accounts intended to bypass platform rules is prohibited.

Article 4 – User Profile

Each member can create a professional profile.

Talents can provide, in particular:

First and last name.
Profile picture.
Skills.
Professional experiences.
Education & Training.
Availabilities.
Portfolio or professional documents.

Companies can provide:

Company name.
Industry sector.
Professional details.
Recruitment or outsourcing needs.

The user guarantees that the information provided is accurate and does not infringe upon the rights of others.

Article 5 – User Obligations

Each user agrees to:

Provide honest and truthful information.
Comply with applicable laws.
Respect intellectual property rights.
Not publish illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.
Not impersonate another person.
Not disrupt the operation of the platform.

Article 6 – Prohibited Uses

It is in particular prohibited to:

Publish illegal, defamatory, or hateful content.
Harass or threaten other users.
Collect personal data of other users without authorization.
Attempt to access Teeam's internal systems.
Introduce viruses or malicious programs.
Use the platform for fraudulent purposes.

Article 7 – Content Published by Members

Members remain responsible for the content they publish.

Teeam does not perform systematic prior control of content, but may intervene after a report is made or when content contrary to these TOU is identified.

By publishing content on the platform, the user authorizes Teeam to use it solely within the scope of the normal operation of the platform, in particular to:

Present profiles to relevant users.
Facilitate connections between Talents and Companies.

Any content contrary to these TOU or the law may be removed.

Article 8 – Moderation and Sanctions

In case of non-compliance with these TOU, Teeam may take the following measures:

Warning.
Temporary suspension of the account.
Permanent deletion of the account.
Legal action where necessary.

The sanction applied will be proportionate to the gravity of the behavior observed.

Article 9 – Account Termination

9.1 Deletion by the User

The user can request the deletion of their account at any time by contacting: contact@teeam.fr

Deletion will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Termination by Teeam

Teeam may suspend or delete an account in case of:

Violation of these TOU.
Fraudulent activity.
Abusive use of the platform.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

The website www.teeam.fr and all of its elements are the exclusive property of Teeam.

Protected elements include, in particular:

Graphic design.
Visual identity.
Logo.
Texts.
Images.
User interface.
Source code.
Technical architecture.

Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited without prior written agreement from Teeam.

Article 11 – Role of Teeam and Limitation of Liability

Teeam acts as a platform facilitating connections between Talents and Companies.

Teeam is not:

The employer of the Talents.
A party to the contracts concluded between Talents and Clients.
Responsible for the services provided by the Talents.

Teeam cannot be held liable for:

Information published by users.
Contractual relations or disputes between Talents and Companies.
Technical interruptions.
Issues related to third-party services.

Teeam is bound only by an obligation of means regarding the operation of the platform.

Article 12 – Personal Data

Personal data collected by Teeam is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 13 – Cookies

The platform may use cookies necessary for the operation of the service as well as analytical cookies subject to user consent.

Article 14 – Modification of the TOU

Teeam may modify these TOU to take into account legal, technical, or functional developments.

Users will be informed of important modifications by:

Notification on the platform.

Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new TOU.

Article 15 – Applicable Law

These TOU are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution.

In the absence of agreement, the competent French jurisdictions may be petitioned.
